I teach a course on Time Management using Outlook. Outlook works very well for organizing your time and schedule as well as your tasks and contacts.
One thing Outlook doesn't fix with time management is getting us to do those tasks that we don't want to do. We can add it to tasks and mark them important but it doesn't force us to finish it.
"Eat a frog first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you that day".
The point is that we all have things we have to do that we don't like to do. We postpone those items as long as possible. It makes us stressful and hangs over us all day long. The point is to get it done right away and then we can get on to others items and not have it in the back of our mind the whole time.
