Small Caps is a formatting style for fonts. It makes all the letters capitalized but those who are not capitalized become small caps. A smaller version of capital letters.
This can be used for titles, subtitles, section titles. Since we are not supposed underline any titles according to business writing this gives us another choice.
Excel: Small Caps is not available
Word
1. Select the text you would like to be in Small Caps.
2. Click on the dialogue box launcher in the Font section on the Home tab.
The following screen appears
3. Click in the box beside Small Caps.
4. Click on OK.
PowerPoint
1. Select the text you would like to be in Small Caps.
2. Click on the dialogue box launcher in the Font section on the Home tab.
The following screen appears
3. Click in the box beside Small Caps.
4. Click on OK.
Publisher
1. Select the text you would like to be in Small Caps.
2. Click on the dialogue box launcher in the Font section on the Home tab.
The following screen appears
3. Click in the box beside Small Caps.
4. Click on OK.
Outlook
1. Select the text you would like to be in Small Caps.
2. Click on the dialogue box launcher in the Font section on the Home tab.
